DILI, EAST TIMOR, JUNE 8 : Malaysian peacekeeping troops arrest Julio, a suspected gang member that they believe has torched houses and on June 8 , 2006 in Dili, East Timor. Australia wants the United Nations to provide a police force for the small nation in politcal turmoil as the international peacekeeping force, mostly from Australia tries to calm down the city with plans to double the Australian federal police force as well. More than 2000 combat-ready foreign troops have been deployed in the capitol city.
