People spotting a fiery crash on Interstate 5 tend to driver Judy Clemmer and her burning SUV while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive. The accident occurred when Clemmer failed to stop for congested traffic in front of her. She crashed into the back of a stopped Chevrolet pickup truck, killing the driver, Mark Lasley, as his truck rammed into the rear of a tractor-trailer and ignited into flames.
