For 53 years of marriage Delores Wiggins hosted a birthday party for her husband Joseph. Even this past year, as emphysema weakened Joseph's body, Delores shaved him, baked 12 pies, 14 cakes and cooked enough for nearly 30 family members. They have lived along 22nd St all their lives.
